These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cheque Print website and software (the "Service"). By accessing, registering for or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when you register.

2. Licence and acceptable use

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your lawful business or personal cheque-printing needs.
  • The Service fills in details on your own bank cheque leaves; it does not create cheques or any bank security features.
  • You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer, distribute or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or in a way that disrupts the Service or other users.

3. Account responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to keep your information accurate and up to date.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used unfairly.

4. Subscription, fees and payments

  • Certain features require a paid subscription as described on our Pricing page.
  • Fees are charged in advance for the chosen plan and billing period.
  • We may revise pricing and plans; changes will not affect the plan you have already paid for during its active period.

Refund & Cancellation Policy — All payments are non-refundable

All purchases and subscription fees are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a payment is confirmed and submitted, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or refunded for any reason, including partial use, non-use, or downgrade of a plan. We offer a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the Service before making any payment. By purchasing, you expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, design, logos and materials in the Service are the property of Cheque Print or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. All rights reserved.

6. Modifying or discontinuing the Service

We are constantly improving the Service and may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice where practical. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Account inactivity

If an account remains inactive for 6 months, it may be terminated and its data permanently deleted without backup. Data you delete is permanently removed; we do not guarantee any backup of your data.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheque Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
